Did this really happen?

Friends and family,

Admittedly, I am still in a daze from today's inauguration.  Is Barack Obama really our President?  Can I call him 44?
We haven't had time to breathe since our wonderful and busy day. We spent hours on our feet and in the cold, but our support was unwavering.  We were warmed by pride and driven by a need to see the crystallization of this dream.  I am still overwhelmed.  Again, is this real??!

We are rushing to get ready for one of the official Presidential Inaugural Balls for the Western Region.
I hope to have time tomorrow to post a few photos and relay my thoughts.  Take time to enjoy and celebrate this great day.  It is the new defining moment of my life.

    Anthony,
From the moment you set out to become a State Democratic Convention Delegate for Obama, I knew you would take it all the way...in true Anthony Graves style! You represented me at that inaguration, congradulations, and thank you! I hope to see more achievements of greater magnitude from you in the coming years!

    YES WE CAN!!!

From the moment President Obama tookk office, I have been longing to see ALL his economic plans implemented. I urge, for instance, that funds - to be well monitored - be made available to mortgage holders and all consumers. The last bill for bankruptcies alo has put Americans in a quandary. Corporations ar allowed to reorganize immediately, but consumers are faced with not just six years of credit history to repair, but no TWELVE! This is a law badly needing reform! The Bushh administration has seen to it that we common citizens have very little recourse. Now we're bailing out the banks, but they in turn are doing little of nothing for the citizens who will shoulder the burden!
